Introduction to Acti9 SmartLink Modbus Slave
The Acti9 SmartLink Modbus Slave module represents the frontier in intelligent communications. Enriched with 11 channels, it guarantees flawless interaction with the iACT24 auxiliaries for iCT contactors, iATL24 for iTL impulse relays, iOF+SD24 for iC60, iID, ARA, RCA and iSW-NA.
Connecting and using the Modbus Slave Acti9
To operate correctly, the module needs to be associated with a SmartLink SI B Master using the Modbus RS485 connector. Its main function is to transfer data from Acti9 devices to a PLC or network monitoring system via the Ethernet connector. Communication with OF+SD24 for C60, C120, DPN, ID and C60H-DC, Ti24 for RCA iC60 and Reflex iC60 is also available.
Modbus Slave Acti9 Technical Details
The module is equipped with a 24 VDC power connector and 2 bolts for mounting on Linergy FM80. It uses the Modbus, RTU protocol, connecting via the RS485 serial link. The self-adaptive transfer rate varies from 9600 to 19200 baud and the Modbus addressing is between 1 and 99. It is a 4-pin, bus-type connector.
