Founded in 1976 by Ennio Bonomini, the company initially started its activities as a technical studio specialized in the production of industrial products. At the beginning of the 1980s, it integrated the design with the construction of steel molds for national and international industries.

In 1984, thanks to the experience gained in the industrial field and the technical skills acquired, Bonomini started the production and distribution of hydraulic components.

After moving to the headquarters in Borgosatollo, in the province of Brescia, the company began its international expansion at the beginning of the new millennium. This growth path led it to open production plants first in Ningbo, China, then in Mendoza, Argentina, and finally in Belgrade, Serbia.
