Equipped with a powerful 2.2kW motor, this DAB submersible electric pump is able to guarantee a constant water flow rate and a pressure suitable for different irrigation needs. • The pump body that can be coupled to the 4GG and 4OL motors is designed to guarantee high reliability and resistance even in conditions of intensive use. Thanks to its AISI 304 stainless steel structure, the motor is resistant to corrosion and wear caused by water.
• Cooling and lubrication of the thrust bearing assembly and bushings are carried out using a mixture of water and glycol, which ensures efficient operation and longer component life.
• The rotor is mounted on a self-centering Kingsbury-type thrust bearing assembly, designed to withstand high axial loads without compromising engine performance. The stator is immersed in insulating thermosetting resin, which provides effective protection against moisture and high heat dissipation capacity.
• The 4OL engine is also made of AISI 304L stainless steel, but with some special specifications. The protection of the ball bearings is guaranteed by a special liquid approved for food use, which also makes it suitable for applications in the food or pharmaceutical sector.
• Both engines feature removable cable connectors and cables certified to ACS, WRAS and KTW regulations. Furthermore, they are compatible with the use of inverters with a frequency range between 30 Hz and 50 Hz.
