Construction Features of the Pump
Technopolymer impellers housed in the stage box with stainless steel shim rings. Pump sleeve, shaft, coupling joint with the motor, integrated suction filter and cable cover in stainless steel. Suction and delivery supports in micro-cast AISI 304 stainless steel. Built-in check valve in removable technopolymer or stainless steel plate. Technopolymer impellers designed to guarantee high levels of efficiency in compliance with Directive 2009/125/EC (Eco design - ErP) with MEI index? 0.4 for the entire range. ACS certified and currently undergoing WRAS and DM174 certification.
Engine Construction Features
Pump body can be coupled to 4GG, 4OL motors (4TW and 4GX on request). 4GG is a two-pole asynchronous motor in AISI 304 stainless steel for parts in contact with water. Cooling and lubrication of the thrust bearing group and bushings using a mixture of water and glycol. Rotor mounted on a Kingsbury-type self-centering thrust bearing unit capable of withstanding high axial loads. The stator is immersed in insulating thermosetting resin with high thermal dissipation capacity and encapsulated in an hermetic casing of AISI 304 stainless steel. 4OL is a two-pole asynchronous motor in AISI 304L stainless steel for parts in contact with water. Cooling and lubrication of the ball bearings are guaranteed by a special liquid approved for food use. The rewindable stator is inserted into an AISI 304L stainless steel jacket fixed by steel pins to the upper motor support. Equipped with carbon-ceramic mechanical seal.
