Gate valve with female ends. Suitable for use with cold water, hot water and low pressure steam. Body: brass UNI EN 12165 - CW 617N (3/8”÷2”); bronze UNI 7013 - CuSn5Zn5Pb5 (4” ). Details in pressed brass (UNI EN 12165 - CW 617N) and machined from bar (UNI EN 12164 - CW 614 N). Outward seal in PTFE. Handwheel: Aluminum (3/8”÷3”); steel plate coated with red epoxy resin (4”). Galvanized steel handwheel fixing nut. Temperature range 5÷110 °C (41÷230 °F). Maximum working pressure 16 bar / 232 psi (at 23°C / 73°F); 10 bar / 145 psi (at 95°C / 203°F). It satisfies the requirements of the “PED” Directive 97/23/EC, according to which it is exempt from CE marking according to article 3.3.
