Acti9 iC60N Miniature Switch: Innovation and Safety
Our product, the Acti9 iC60N, is a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB). It is a 2P circuit breaker with 2 protected poles, with a rated current of 40A and a category C trip curve.
Short Circuit Interruption and Compliance with Standards
This MCB offers a rated short circuit breaking capacity of up to 20kA from 220VAC to 240VAC, in accordance with EN/IEC 60947-2, and 6000A at 400VAC in accordance with EN/IEC 60898-1. It complies with both the industrial standards EN/IEC 60898-1 and the residential standards EN/IEC 60947-2, thus ensuring complete protection of circuits against short circuits and overload current.
VisiTrip Indicator and VisiSafe Green Stripe
The Acti9 iC60N miniature circuit breaker features a unique VisiTrip indicator, which reduces tripping time by displaying the faulty circuit. In addition, the green VisiSafe stripe ensures the physical opening of the contacts, allowing safer maintenance.
Closing Mechanism and Resistance

- Electrical resistance: guaranteed up to 10,000 cycles.

Technical Details of the Acti9 iC60N Miniature Switch
The nominal insulation voltage Ui of the Acti9 iC60N is 500 V AC. The device has a limitation class 3 (according to EN/IEC60898-1) and can be clipped onto a DIN rail, with a width of 4 x 9 mm pitches. The pollution degree is 3 and the overvoltage category is IV.
Physical features include a white colour (RAL 9003) and dimensions (W) 36mm x (H) 85mm x (D) 78.5mm. Weight stands at 0.25kg.
Environmental Requirements
According to IEC 60529, the degree of protection is IP20 and IP40 in the cabinet. The operating and storage temperatures of the Acti9 iC60N range: -35°C to 70°C for daily use, and -40°C to 85°C for storage.
