"Meteorite was born from the search for a new sensitivity, for a new expressive language in blown glass for lighting. We started from a love for the 'beaten' Venetian glass, for the grinding effect and for the strong charm of the 'unfinished' flavor ' that this type of processing brings to glass. We have studied a particular blowing and grinding process that allows us to obtain very interesting luminous depth effects in the object when it is illuminated and to make this beauty accessible to everyone, we could say democratising it." – say Pio and Tito Toso .
