MultiTransmitter has 18 hardwired zones for connecting devices and tampers supporting 4 contact types: NO, NC (no resistor), EOL (NC with resistor), EOL (NO with resistor). In addition to the 18 zones, the module has three 12V power outputs: 2 main and 1 separate for fire detectors. The MultiTransmitter itself is powered by the 110/230V mains and, in the event of a power failure, can house a backup battery in the case, which will power the module and connected devices. The central unit and users are notified of any power issues in the Ajax app. Furthermore, in the app, you can define a room, a group, a device type (detector/tamper) and an alarm type for each device. Thanks to this, users can see a clear notification text indicating what happened, when and where, instead of the zone number of the triggered detector. And the security company receives a clear alarm code and responds according to protocol. You can choose one of five types of alarm: intrusion fire medical aid emergency button gas leak. The module is equipped with two tamper buttons, which respond to the opening of the tamper and the detachment of the case from a wall: it will not be possible to open the MultiTransmitter without receiving notification. And adjusting the resistance of the resistor in the app allows the module to immediately notice failures, power failure or signal wire break of the connected detector. MultiTransmitter will immediately notify you if connected devices have been compromised by power outage, signal cable disconnection, or tampering. Loss of electricity on site won't be a problem either – the backup battery can power the devices for up to 4 days. The MultiTransmitter enclosure itself has two tampers that respond to removal of the integration module from the holder and removal of the tamper.
