Triplus is the right compromise between acoustic performance and economy. It is an exhaust system characterized by a blue color and made up of triple layer pipes which guarantees acoustic performance of 12 dB(A) at a flow rate of 2 litres/second. Thanks to its performance it can be laid exposed inside technical shafts and thanks to the range of diameters it is also the ideal solution for the construction of cellar collectors.
Triplus is the industrialized connection system of triple layer pipes, fittings and accessories, produced and patented by Valsir which responds to these needs by guaranteeing the silence levels of the exhaust systems required by current legislative and regulatory regulations.
The intermediate layer is made with a patented mixture based on polypropylene (PP) and mineral fillers (MF) which gives the Triplus system excellent mechanical characteristics at low (impact resistance up to -25°C) and high temperatures ( up to 95°C). The Triplus drainage system can transport wastewater at temperatures with a PH between 2 and 12, has a high resistance to the most common chemical agents and is characterized by an extremely smooth internal surface, which prevents the accumulation of deposits inside the drainage networks .
Advantages:
- Furthermore, the socket coupling does not require the use of harmful equipment, glues or solvents
- Resistance to discontinuous discharges with temperatures up to 95°C. Resistance up to -25°C
- Noise levels equal to 12 dB(A) with a flow rate of 2 l/s (according to EN 14366 - P-BA 227/2006 certificate)
- Pipes made up of three layers of material coupled together
- Resistant to substances dissolved in civil and industrial wastewater
- Wide range of diameters from DN 32 mm to DN 250 mm and possibility of interconnection with other materials (cast iron, PE, PP, PVC)
